You agree to use opssygma services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Use of our services may be subject to export control and activity restrictions. You must not access or use opssygma from any jurisdiction where such use would violate local laws.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information. opssygma will not be liable for any losses resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

You must safeguard your login credentials and notify opssygma immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or transferring your account to another party is prohibited.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at [email protected] so we can take prompt action to secure your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or poses a security risk, without prior notice if required.

Service Description

opssygma provides AI-driven operational optimization tools, consulting services, and integration support designed to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement for enterprise operations.

We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at our discretion. Substantive changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

User Rules

When using opssygma services, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with any software components.
• Refrain from using our services to engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas to avoid service degradation.
• Do not upload or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Use APIs and integrations only as documented in our developer guides.
• Ensure you have appropriate rights for any data you submit to our platform.
• Comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws when processing personal data.

User Content

You may submit data, files, or other content (“User Content”) to opssygma’s services. You retain ownership of your User Content.

User Content remains your property. opssygma does not claim ownership rights to any data you provide.

By submitting User Content, you grant opssygma a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content solely to provide, improve, and promote our services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and its compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

If you request removal of User Content, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our active systems, subject to data retention requirements.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the opssygma platform, software, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to opssygma. You may not copy or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

• You may not reproduce or distribute our software except as expressly permitted.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright or activity notices.
• You may not create derivative works based on our platform except with prior written consent.

Paid Services

Certain advanced features and integrations are offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees and payment terms are set forth in your order or subscription agreement.

Pricing for paid services is published on opssygma.info/pricing and may vary by plan, usage tier, and region.

Payments are processed via credit card or invoice. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the end of the current term. You are responsible for timely cancellation if you do not wish to renew.

Refunds are discretionary and may be provided in cases of billing errors or service outages, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the paid term but will not renew.

Applicable taxes, duties, and levies are your responsibility. We will add such charges as required by local law.

We may adjust prices for paid services upon renewal. We will notify you at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of any price increase.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension of your access until outstanding amounts are settled.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we employ industry-standard measures, we do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, opssygma’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their performance, policies, or content and encourage you to review their terms separately.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach if the other party fails to cure the breach within thirty (30) days of written notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the services ends and any unpaid fees become due immediately. We may delete or disable your data following the termination period.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available at opssygma.info/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with these services.

Communications

You agree to receive electronic communications from opssygma regarding your account and the services. Notices sent to your registered email address are deemed given.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Prachin Buri Province, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
